So Delicious & Easy To Make!
Ingredients:
7 Strips of bacon
3 Tbs of butter
1 Medium onion
3 Large cloves garlic
1/3 Cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 Lbs gold potatoes
4 Cups chicken broth
2 Cups of milk
2/3 Cups heavy cream
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare Vegetables 🥔🧅🔪
Peel the potatoes and chop into 1 inch pieces. Rinse thoroughly.
Dice up the onion and mince up the garlic.
2. 🥓 Cut the bacon strips into small pieces (bacon bits). Cook on medium-high until crispy.
3. Separate the bacon bits from the grease. Put the bacon bits in a napkin lined bowl and set aside. Drain the bacon grease, leaving 1/4 cup of grease in the pot. 🥓🫗
4. 🧈🧅🧄 On medium-high, add the butter, onion and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent, stirring often. About 5-7 minutes.
5. ✨️🥄 Sprinkle in the flour and stir until well combined. Cook on medium-low for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Add chicken broth and stir until well combined. Then add milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Stir well. 🫙🥄🧂
7. 🥔 🍴 Add the potatoes to the mixture. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. About 10 minutes.
8. 🥄 Reduce heat to simmer, remove 1/2 of the soup and blend until smooth.
Note: If you don't like a chunky soup, you can blend all of the soup. Making an ultimately creamy soup. You can even use an immersion blender for this step.
9. Return the blended soup to the pot and stir well. Making sure soup is at your desired consistency. 🫗
10. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup bacon bits, stir until the sour cream is well incorporated.🥓🥄🫙
11. Simmer for 10 minutes.✨️
12. ♨ Serve hot with additional sour cream, bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.

🍑 This is an absolute favorite in my home every peach season!
They do not stand a chance at my house, once they are made, they are gone!

The Recipe:
What you will need:
- (8-10) Peaches
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Sweet and Condensed Milk
- Caramel Sauce
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
🍑 Wash and dry your peaches. Then cut them into slices and place them into a baking dish.
✨️ Sprinkle the peach slices with cinnamon sugar. Then place them into the 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Just long enough for them to get hot and bubbly. You will begin to see juice form on the bottom of the baking dish.
🫗Once they are out of the oven drizzle sweet and condensed milk over the top if them. Adding as much or as little as you would like. Then drizzle some caramel sauce over them. Just enough to get a good carmel flavor going.
😋 The only thing Left is to add some whipped cream on top and enjoy!
